What is THRIVE?

Arkansas THRIVE is one of the four initiatives under the state’s new Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). THRIVE stands for:

Telehealth, Health-monitoring, and Response Innovation for Vital Expansion

The program is designed to modernize healthcare delivery in rural Arkansas by funding things like:

• Telehealth systems
• Remote patient monitoring
• EMS and emergency response improvements
• Rural healthcare IT infrastructure
